DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAP MAKING MACHINE:
Made from 100% virgin or recycled PP polypropylene, the finished PP strapping is suitable for use in semi-automatic/fully automatic/ultra-thin high-speed strapping machines.

1.Raw materials-----PP strapping equipment can produce plastic raw materials:
100%recycled materials or PP polypropylene new materials to produce strapping belt;
2.Screw-----The equipment adopts high-precision high-quality screws, adopts well-known brands, and has unique parameter design. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness and wear resistance; equipped with a quantitative extrusion system, the width and thickness of the produced belts are the same, the error range is small, and it meets the national strapping belt acceptance standards;
3.Automatic screen changer------Equipped with a non-stop automatic screen changer, the screen does not need to be stopped, and the efficiency is maximized. 4-net circulation large-area filtration does not require frequent screen changes.
4. PLC system----The equipment adopts an intelligent PLC Chinese/English version control system, which is simple and easy to understand, beautiful and generous, sturdy and durable, long life, and low failure rate. The equipment has an exclusive parameter memory system, which can store data after each specification is produced, and the parameters can be directly adjusted during the next production.
5.Oven----Constant temperature intelligent oven, with multiple heating tubes inside, uses electricity to generate heat energy, reaches the set temperature, and automatically stops heating, with low power consumption and less loss.
6.Winding machine----can be matched with automatic winding machine (automatic roll changing, automatic tape cutting, automatic stop), servo motor control, no manual operation required.
7.Embossing wheel----TEmbossing wheel---The upper and lower patterns are consistent, the lines are clear, the patterns are neat, the embossing is adjustable, the quality is high-end, the material is SKD-11, wear-resistant and durable.

WORKING PROCESS OF STRAPPING EQUIPMENT:
Raw material preparation----Add PP granules into the extruder hopper.
Extrusion molding----PP granules are melted in the extruder and extruded through the mold.
Cooling and shaping----The extruded strapping strap enters the cooling water tank for cooling and shaping.
Traction and stretching---- The traction machine pulls the strapping belt, and the stretching machine performs stretching treatment.
Embossed treatment---- The embossing machine embosses the surface of the strapping belt.
Shaping oven---- Heat and shape the PP strap again to achieve consistent specifications.
Reeling and packaging----The reeling machine winds the strapping tape into a roll and puts it into storage after packaging.
