Product Overview

Energy saving PP strapping band extrusion line running up to 300m/min. Equipped with a 38CrMoAlA nitriding screw for excellent plasticization and wear resistance, it produces 5-19mm width and 0.4-1.2mm thickness straps with low camber, no deformation and precise tension, fully compatible with automatic, semi-automatic and manual strapping machines of all common brands.

Lightweight yet sturdy, the PP band features stable tensile strength, good flexibility and anti-break performance, effectively securing cartons, bulk goods and pallet loads for long-distance transportation. Custom sizes, thicknesses and colors are available upon request.
