High-output six-strap PP strap production line delivering 350-380kg/h of recycled PP strapping band. This system runs on virgin or 100% recycled PP pellets, driven by a GUGAO motor with CE certified control cabinet. Produces 5-19mm width and 0.4-1.2mm thickness straps with stable tensile strength and jamming-free coiling for logistics, food, textile, construction and agriculture bundling.

Lightweight yet sturdy, the strapping band features high tensile strength, good flexibility and anti-break performance, effectively securing cartons, bulk goods and pallet loads for long-distance transportation. Custom sizes, thicknesses and colors are available upon request.
