 2.The die features an optimized pressure-stabilizing buffer cavity that balances melt pressure fluctuations during extrusion, preventing inconsistent discharge speeds caused by changes in screw speed and material viscosity. Simultaneously, the flow channel undergoes mirror polishing, eliminating dead corners and material accumulation, effectively eliminating surface scratches, bubbles, uneven thickness, and thinness on one side of the packing strap, ensuring uniform density throughout the strip.
