DESCRIPTION OF PP PACKAGING BELT PRODUCTION LINE:
PP STRAP MAKING MACHINE /PP strapping production equipment is a high-speed extrusion machine using 100% PP (polypropylene) fiber-grade raw materials. It can produce PP strapping with a width of 5-19mm.
Raw Materials------ The equipment can use virgin polypropylene (PP) granules or recycled materials to produce strapping, meeting the production needs of different customers and ensuring uniform color and stable performance of the strapping.
High-Precision Screw------- Utilizing a high-quality screw from a well-known brand with exclusive parameter design, it boasts advantages such as high extrusion volume, excellent plasticizing performance, high hardness, and wear resistance. Equipped with a quantitative extrusion system, the produced strapping has uniform width and thickness with minimal error, fully meeting national strapping acceptance standards.
Advanced Dies------- The dies are precisely cut using imported CNC machine tools. High-precision dies ensure stable strapping forming, with width and thickness errors controlled within national standards, effectively improving product quality consistency.

THE MAIN COMPONENTS OF PP STRAPPING EQUIPMENT:
Feeder---- transfer PP raw materials into the machine.
Extruder----heat and melt the PP raw materials and extrude them into shape.
Molding mold---- make the molten PP belt embryo pass through the mold to form a strip.
Cooling water tank----cool the extruded PP belt embryo to ensure its shaping.
Tractor----pull out the cooled strapping belt to maintain a stable production speed.
Oven---- heat the strapping tape to improve its strength and toughness.
Embossing machine---- emboss the surface of the strapping tape to increase friction and prevent slipping.
Shaping oven----heat again, shape, and make the PP belt more standardized.
Reeler---- reel the strapping tape into rolls for easy storage and transportation.
The main components of PP strapping equipment:
Extruder---- core component, heats and melts PP particles and then extrude them into shape.
Die head---- determines the shape and size of the plastic strap.
Cooling system----quickly solidifies the extruded plastic strap through water cooling or air cooling.
