This production line uses 100% recycled polypropylene (PP) pellets as raw material, specializing in the production of fully automatic and manual PP strapping for a wide range of packaging applications. The PP strapping produced has a width of 5–19 mm and a thickness of 0.3–1.2 mm.
The core configuration is equipped with an extruder using a 38CrMoALA alloy screw, specially designed for high-quality strapping production, together with an automatic feeding system. The whole line adopts variable frequency motors and an intelligent temperature control system, which greatly improves energy efficiency while ensuring stable and reliable operation of the extruder.
