Production description of PP strap production line

Packing belt equipment adopts 38CrMoALA extruderespecially suitable for high-grade packing belt production, the unit all adopts frequency conversion motor drive and automatic intelligent temperature control system, realize the energy saving effect greatly.
Feature of PP strap making machine

1.Equipped with a non-stop automatic screen changer, the screen change does not need to be stopped,and the benefit is maxmize. 4 net circulation large area filtering, no need to change the net frequently.
2.The unique cooling cycle system and multiple sets of shaped guide rails make the packing belt cooler and shrink better and more accurate in size. The internal reciprocating winding method makes full use of heat energy and effciently reduces power loss.
