Description of PP belt making machine
This production line is used for making full automatic PP strapping band and manual PP strap band for packing usge.
The width of the strap band is 5-19 mm, Thickness is from 0.4-1.2 mm.The strapping machine adopts 38CrMoALA extrusion material, which is suitable for producing high quality strapping, the extruder hopper dehumidification and drying system and automatic feeding system make the performance of the extruder more stable, and the unit adopts the frequency conversion motor drive and full-automatic intelligent temperature control system, which greatly realizes energy saving and environmental protection effect.
