1. Precise Melt Shaping and Forming:

High-temperature PP melt, heated and plasticized in the extruder, is uniformly distributed through a precision streamlined flow channel inside the die, precisely shaping the molten raw material into a flat, strip-shaped preform. This strictly limits the width and thickness of the packing strap, providing standardized forming blanks for subsequent cooling, stretching, embossing, and winding processes, ensuring uniform specifications of the finished strip from the source.

2. Stabilized Pressure and Uniform Flow, Eliminating Molding Defects:

The die features an optimized pressure-stabilizing buffer cavity that balances melt pressure fluctuations during extrusion, preventing inconsistent discharge speeds caused by changes in screw speed and material viscosity. Simultaneously, the flow channel undergoes mirror polishing, eliminating dead corners and material accumulation, effectively eliminating surface scratches, bubbles, uneven thickness, and thinness on one side of the packing strap, ensuring uniform density throughout the strip.
