Product Overview

Product Positioning: Complete PET strapping band production equipment, supporting 100% recycled bottle flake material. Eco-friendly and high-efficiency, suitable for manufacturing industrial strapping bands for steel, construction, chemical fiber, woodworking, and more.

Description of PET Strap Making Machine

This PET strapping band production line is a complete extrusion system for manufacturing high-strength PET plastic steel strapping from PET bottle flakes, PET crushed material, or virgin chips. The entire line adopts PLC centralized control, achieving continuous operation from raw material drying, melting extrusion, cooling and shaping, hot stretching, embossing, to automatic winding.

The equipment is compatible with 100% recycled material production, significantly reducing raw material costs. The produced PET strapping bands achieve tensile strength of 400–550 MPa, making them an eco-friendly alternative to steel bands and traditional PP strapping.

Flexible Configuration

Supports 1-out-2, 1-out-4, 1-out-6, 1-out-8 multi-band simultaneous production. Winding options include parallel winding or fully automatic servo winding, customizable on demand.
