Automatic PET Strap Making Machine with 220-250kg/H Capacity 9-32mm Strap Width Using 100% Recycled PET Bottle Flake Material

The PET strapping band production line is a fully PLC-controlled extrusion system designed to produce high-strength PET plastic strapping bands. This production line can use both virgin PET pellets and recycled PET bottle flakes as raw materials.

The entire production line encompasses processes such as feeding, drying, dehumidification, extrusion, melt filtration, cooling, stretching, embossing, heat setting, and automatic winding. PET strapping bands can replace steel strapping for heavy-duty pallet packaging. They are available in multiple configurations (2-strand or 4-strand output) and are compatible with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic strapping machines.

1. Raw material feeding → Dehumidification and drying (to remove moisture and prevent web breakage and bubbles)
2. Heating and melting in the extruder
3. Melt filtration + pressure stabilization via metering pump, followed by uniform feeding into the die head
4. The die head extrudes the web-shaped semi-finished product, which enters the cooling water tank for rapid setting
5. Primary traction conveyor transports the material to the stretching oven for heating
6. Multi-stage orientation stretching (core process, enhances tensile strength)
7. Embossing (optional patterns)
8. Heat setting to relieve internal stress and reduce post-processing shrinkage
9. Secondary cooling
10. Traction conveyor transports the material to the winder for automatic winding of the finished packaging straps
