1. The extruder for this PET strapping equipment features a specialized PET screw with optimized design parameters. This screw incorporates distinct separation and mixing zones, ensuring uniform plasticization of the material. It offers numerous advantages, including high extrusion capacity, excellent plasticizing performance, high hardness, and superior wear resistance.
2. The system utilizes a three-dimensional, pleated filtration unit; the expanded surface area of ​​its filter screen is 30 times larger than that of traditional flat screens. Capable of accommodating filter mesh counts up to 80, this system allows for production using 100% recycled PET bottle flakes, yielding finished products whose quality rivals that of straps produced from virgin materials.
3. The proprietary honeycomb dehumidifying and drying system employed by our company is designed to dry raw materials, ensuring that their moisture content remains at or below 50 PPM. Furthermore, this system facilitates solid-state polycondensation, effectively increasing the material's intrinsic viscosity.
4. The winding unit features a dual-station winding mechanism, offering ease of operation and facilitating quick, convenient roll changes.
