PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Raw Materials: All materials are made from 100% PET bottle flakes or PET strapping scraps. The finished PET plastic mesh straps are not prone to cracking, have a small error range, and are suitable for various strapping machines.
Screw: The PET strapping extruder uses a PET-specific screw with unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, ensuring uniform plasticization of the raw materials. It has advantages such as large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
Fiber Filter Screen: A three-dimensional folded ultra-large area filter device. The unfolded area of the filter screen is 30 times larger than that of traditional flat filter screens; the filter mesh can reach 80 mesh. A unique screen changing device greatly reduces screen changing time and improves work efficiency.

Features:
Dehumidifier: A rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system dries the raw materials. A dew point of -50℃ ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, while also having a solid-phase condensation and thickening effect.
Stretching System: The equipment employs a unique double stretching process, resulting in superior strapping rigidity, stable width, and improved tensile strength.
Heating System: A unique oven-circulating heating system utilizes a reciprocating winding method to fully leverage heat energy and significantly reduce power consumption.
Cooling System: A unique circulating cooling system with multiple sets of shaping guide rollers ensures more thorough cooling, shrinkage, and shaping of the strapping, resulting in more stable products and more accurate dimensions.
Regarding the Environmental Impact of the Machine:
PET strapping uses safe and environmentally friendly raw materials, making operation and recycling more convenient.
No Sharp Edges: Soft texture, unlike steel strapping, it avoids scratches to operators and will not damage the surface of packaged goods (such as sheets, profiles, cartons, etc.). Lightweight and easy to handle: With a density of only 1.38g/cm³, about 1/6 that of steel strapping, it is lighter for the same length, requiring less effort when manually binding and reducing the load on the equipment when used with a strapping machine.
