The core of the PET plastic steel strapping production line lies in transforming PET (polyethylene terephthalate) raw material into high-strength, high-toughness strapping products through the process sequence of ‘melt extrusion – forming and stretching – setting and cooling – winding and slitting’.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES:

1. The critical technologies lie in: PET molecular chain orientation stretching and precise temperature control systems. During the stretching phase, multiple sets of traction rollers work in concert to induce directional stretching of the PET melt within a specific temperature range. This process rearranges the molecular chains into an ordered structure, significantly enhancing the product's longitudinal tensile strength and elongation at break.

2. The PET plastic steel strapping production line employs a closed-loop temperature control system. Utilising thermal energy to reduce electrical power consumption, it employs PLC technology for real-time monitoring and precise regulation of temperatures at critical points including the extruder barrel, die head, stretching oven, and setting water tank. This ensures consistent thickness and width tolerance ranges across every production batch.

1. Screw-----Use the special screw of PET extruder, the screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, which ensures the uniform plasticization of raw materials. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, high wear resistance, etc.

2. Dehumidification part-----Use honeycomb rotary dehumidification and drying system to dry raw materials, Japanese imported filter element, -50℃ dew point to ensure that the moisture content of raw materials is ≤50PPM, and it has solid phase polycondensation viscosity increasing effect on the original,

Filter net----Three-dimensional folding large area single cylinder filter device, the expanded area of the filter net is 30 times larger than the area of the traditional flat filter net; the filter mesh can reach 80 meshes, unique screen changing device, the filter net cover can be reused, saving manufacturing costs.

4. Stretching process----Use two high-speed stretching processes, the finished PET belt has good rigidity, consistent width and thickness dimensions, small error range, and improves the tensile strength of the finished PET belt.
