PP packing belt& PP strapping belt, also known as polypropylene strapping belt, is a strapping belt made of polypropylene drawing grade resin as the main raw material. It has a series of superior properties:
Strong plasticity-----PP strapping belt can be molded into various shapes and sizes as needed.
Strong tensile strength----PP strapping belt has a high load-bearing capacity and is suitable for various occasions that require packaging and fixing.
Bending resistance----PP strapping belt is very flexible and will not break or damage easily even after multiple bending.

Pp strapping belt (POIYESTER), also known as PP polypropylene belt, is an environmentally friendly packaging material:

FAQ:
Is 16 mm x 0.9 mm strong enough for 60 kg cartons?
Yes. Around 180 kg pull with two seals covers cartons up to about 80 kg. For pallet loads above 150 kg we suggest 19 mm band or PET strapping.
Will black band mark light cartons?
No. The embossed PP surface does not transfer colour, but on very light board a thin edge protector keeps the pack visually clean.
Can you print our logo on black band?
Yes, white or silver printing gives the best contrast on black. Send vector artwork and confirm print height.
What machines accept 16 mm band?
Heavy duty semi automatic machines with a 16 mm strap guide, most pallet strapping machines, and 16 mm battery tools. Share your model and we confirm the fit.
