FAQ:
Is 10 mm band strong enough for 15 kg cartons?
Yes. Around 80 kg pull with two seals handles cartons up to about 20 kg in normal handling. For heavier loads move to 12 mm or 15 mm band.
Can this band run on an automatic machine?
It can after tension calibration, but the 0.55 mm gauge is designed for semi automatic and manual work. For high speed automatic lines choose a 0.6-0.8 mm machine grade band.
Do you offer a recycled version of this white band?
Yes. Recycled PP grade is available at lower cost with a slightly warmer white tone. State the grade when requesting a quotation.
How many rolls fit in a 20 foot container?
About 500 to 1000 rolls, roughly 9 to 10 tons, palletised. Exact quantity depends on pallet pattern and destination rules.
