FAQ
Can 19 mm PP strap replace steel strap?
In many cases yes: for pallet loads under about 350 kg, compressible bales and cold store packaging, 19 mm PP strap replaces steel strap and removes rust, burr and disposal problems. For loads above 500 kg or sharp edged steel products, PET or steel strap is still recommended.
Will the strap hold in a freezer at -18 degrees C?
Yes. The cold resistant grade keeps flexibility at -20 degrees C, and the wide 19 mm body spreads tension so it will not snap when the pallet shrinks during freezing.
What is the breaking strength?
Above 240 kg, tested per production batch. A test report with breaking strength and elongation values can be supplied with each shipment.
Do you supply strap with a printed customer logo?
Yes. Printing is available on 19 mm strap. Send artwork and specify print colour and repeat length; MOQ for printed strap is 200 rolls.
