Rolls are film wrapped and packed 1 roll per sleeve, 10 kg gross, 20-24 rolls per export pallet depending on destination regulation. Mixed colour pallets are available for distributors.

FAQ:
Is 9 mm strap strong enough for 20 kg cartons?
Yes. With over 90 kg break load and two seals per carton, the band handles cartons up to about 25 kg in normal warehouse handling. For pallet loads above 100 kg we recommend 12 mm or wider strap.
Does this band work on automatic machines?
It can run on some automatic machines after tension and heater calibration, but the 0.6 mm gauge is optimised for semi automatic and manual use. For high-speed automatic lines choose the 12 mm x 0.8 mm machine grade strap.
Can I order recycled material instead of virgin PP?
Yes. Recycled polypropylene grade is available at lower cost with slightly darker colour. Please state the grade when requesting a quotation.
What is the width tolerance?
Standard tolerance is plus or minus 0.2 mm on width and plus or minus 0.03 mm on thickness, measured per 100 m sample.
