What is PET Packing Belt?
Polyester (PET) strapping is the ideal solution when standard polypropylene strapping lacks sufficient strength. Its physical properties are most similar to steel strapping.
PET strapping withstands up to 25% higher tension than other plastic strapping, with equivalent break strength. It also maintains tension better on rigid loads than other non-metallic strapping.
Our high-quality PET strapping is weather-resistant and UV-stable. It costs significantly less than steel strapping, is safer to handle, and easier to dispose of without sharp edges.
For all these reasons, polyester strapping has become the smart, cost-effective alternative to steel strapping.
